  • wow it looks like their flying over those jumps they are going so smoothly, and do these bikes have gears? why would they race bmx's?

    No gears.

    They race BMX's because that is their discipline.

  • @bloodshot16 it is because of the zise of the rims (20 ") , and the size of the jumps... in 20" and with no gears, they go faster. In the other hand we have 4x racing, it is very similar to bmx, but in 26" and gears. In 4x the speed is so similar, because they race in a downhill circuit.
