@mitchwok it depends on your level, which sucks, because the more you do dungeons and quest around the harder it is, to the others that skip everything

if you have a pc and oblivion on it you go to a secret area that I dont remember and in a room you will find all the armor in oblivion including the place guard

I used a mod for it, if you don't know were to find any mods. Just google: "Oblivion nexus". Then search for: "Emperor and Imperial Palace Armor Playable "

lol i saved right before this put diffuculty on Easy/Medium and fought to the death

it was cool and dramtic when jauffre died he landed on his knees and knuckles kinda jiggled like he was trying to get up then fell over dead

then baruas started to defend his body and all the guard fought and in the end we got overwelmed by like 40 dremora lol

Dude, im at the great gate, the defense of bruma thingy and the emperor doesnt wear the armor i got for him!!! even though i got him that damn armor he wears his robes, with a helmet and a dagger.... and no mattrer what difficulty he he dies every time and i gotta restart!

i got arrested while doing this quest, i "accedentally" hit a guard, cause i got bored by martin`s speach... didnt work out so well, there came 30 daedra into my cell, well, not into, they were stuck, cause they didnt have a key..

A couple of questions if you go into the gate right away before killing all the enemies is there a chance Martin can be killed? And when i tried this quest I was at lvl 48 and for some reason Martin was wearing only a helmet with robe and the enemy is too strong for Marty does the daedric item you give have an affect on this?

I heard that too but not from bethesda. A group of independant modders are doing it. It apparently already works but it's kinda buggy and not worth your time. I think theyr'e still working on it. And you can only have one other person with you.

Best armor you can find, best weopon you can find. Train your stats to the limit, use a bow and magic. And stay close to Martin, only kill the deadra near him.

pretty nice vid. Oblivion is the best game ever, there is no way anyone will ever come close to the realistic nature and the details like Bethesda has done,well the gfafics maybe will get better but its so realistic that its almost as a life that you can control rather then a game.
