  • Chris Alexander is a champion in the promotion of war. A number of conservatives explain us with lies that war is a glorious good thing and that there is no alternative and promote mass medias to equalize muslim with murderers and speak in our name to other countries that Canadians only want war. Other right-wing governments do the same thing. So pacifists think they are alone and government get$ more to keep power and not face justice for their crimes. I bet children understand that perfectly.

  • @major4lee

    Exactly

Christopher Alexander is a throw back to Dick Cheney's neocon/neonazis.

    He uses neocon lingo like;

'regime change' - 'cut and run' - 'spreading Canadian values'

He looks like a gutless warmongering cheerleader - he is a chicken hawk.

  • What a shame. Here I thought was someone would be act outside the pack. After to listening to this speech, I see its the same shit, just a different pile.

When will we elect people who really represent us?

  • As much as I hate Harper (I voted NDP) why do people always say we are a nation of peace-keepers? I am from a military family, and I can tell you this, THANK GOD WE ARE NOT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ONE. If we where a nation of peace-keepers we would be nothing more then a Vassal of the US that would be completely reliant on others for our own defense. Our peace-keeping myth is unhealthy for our country.

  • elizabeth may is completely inane and misinformed. I'm pretty sure she'll be thrown out in the next election. Gary Lunn is hreatly missed

  • @MrBloc7

    You're an idiot.

You probably think Iraq had WMDs too.

    You can't think - that's your problem.

The Canadian mission was protection, but instead Harper used the military as an attack force for regime change..... NEOCON ideology that cost Iraq 100,000 citizens in an unprovoked war.

  • Elizabeth May for prime minister!

  • Good luck with Canada returning to a nation of peace-keeping under Harper - even though the majority if Canadians might want it. Harper clearly isn't interested in what the majority of us want or need, isn't interested and couldn't give a fig/

  • @cruiscinlan A majority doesn't want it? Well he got a majority government so something is telling me that your a dumbass... people should expect things like this when they vote for conservative. CF all the way! No to the socialist tree hugging dipshits! LOL

  • @AnthonyBosch he didn't get the majority votes with only 39%, so perhaps you're the dumbass - might wanna check your spelling when you're trying to call people stupid

  • @cruiscinlan you're*

  • @AnthonyBosch

You are a neocon conservative...... war mongering and anti-democracy.

  • never heard her speak before - hope she keeps to saying what is necessary versus what is expected.

  • Wow Elizabeth! I'm not one of your constituents but am so glad you are in Parliament.

  • Great rebuttle.

  • They all gang up on the truth. At least there is one person there who represents sanity

  • Thank you Elizabeth!

  • Elizabeth, thanks for the well thought out and carefully articulated point of view.

  • ...Ragnarök

~my order stands, TURN & STAND AS PEACE KEEPERS !

=as has been issued in that attached video response

    >do you need help, then state it as so

<none may assume my POWER of ATTORNEY

  • the way i understand it is that mr. gadaffi is mentally handicapped. he is completely blind from reality, he doesn't even accept to think about negotiations with anyone he thinks wants him gone.

before military intervention, the niterneational community pleaded with gadafi, and he said he and his military ceased fire, which in fact was a lie.

making gadafi rational is like eradicating all poverty. it would be amazing if we could. but we can't.

  • @jkjkjij22 and you know this how exactly? and answer honestly. question the motives behind the people who are dictating the narrative and you will see that we are completely in the dark..

  • @jkjkjij22 and you know this how exactly? and answer honestly. question the motives behind the people who are dictating the narrative and you will see that we are completely in the dark.. given Gadafi is not all there but he has his people's best interests at heart if you doubt this just look at the social aid programmes he has instituted and you will see that he's not as bad as the media has made him out to be especially when many of the claims against him have been proven false.

  • @jkjkjij22 There was an attempt at starting up negotiations by the African Union which gadhafi accepted but NATO and the rebels refused. Don't fool yourself into actually thinking that NATO gives a damn about the lives of the Libyan civilians, they're there for the OIL. And fine if it's a war for oil then let's be honest about it but let's not buy the crap that comes from the top.
