I think the 04:20 - 05:18 part should be explained for people outside Israel.

@1afrowolf this part would be difficult to do with subtitles. This is why it was filmed twice, once in Hebrew, for the Hebrew version, and once in English, for the English version.

For making this in Arabic, you should speak in Arabic, and also put subs in Arabic....
