hehe the train man manga (I think thats the train blue on you were talking about) I watch the live action of that and it was kinda funny. Its about a super otaku geek weirdo boy who bumps into a very pretty girl on the train and starts to become a hunk and get over his many fears (such as fears of talking to girls and alot of other stuff ^^;;) with the help of his internet buddies. and get the girl!
