  • People who try and make it sound like they know what they're talking about, but don't actually say anything of worth makes me laugh. Thank you for making me laugh.

  • Where exactly was I that hilariously wrong?

  • You did a good job k87jury.

Those bible stories were a way of teaching people about life and have much deeper meanings.

When Christians take the stories as actual historical fact they completely overlook the message that the stories were meant to teach.

  • Oh the irony...

  • "LOL. Thank you for posting your video response. There is more I can say.

    God bless and peace "

In other words, (after she covers her ears and closes her eyes) "Nya, nya, nya, nya, nya, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, I can't hear you!"

  • People cover their ears and close their eyes when it comes to the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ. Unlike the theory of evolution, the gospel saves souls..but what does the theory of evolution do for you after you die..NOTHING.

    Matthew 13:14

In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: "'You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.

    Case and point. Peace

  • No theory gets you anything after you die. Should we abandon germ theory because it doesn't get you anything after you die? Stop being absurd. Regardless, the gospel doesn't get you anything after you die either. Once you're dead, you're dead. No souls, no heaven, no gods, no Jesus. DEAD.

  • Are you a materialistic atheist?

That is so sad. You don't want to find out the hard way after you die. Don't do this..you don't want to go there. Repent

  • Are you a Christian? That is so sad. You don't want to find out the hard way after you die. Don't do this..you don't want to go there. Convert to Islam.

  • were you trying to be funny?

  • I'm trying to use subtlety to convey a message to you. I am aware that most creationists lack the ability to appreciate subtlety, and it would seem that you are no exception, so perhaps I should be more direct. I am trying to show you that lame threats of damnation are just as idiotic, unfounded, deceitful, and absurd when they come from your mouth as they the EXACT same threats come from a Muslim. I am not afraid of things that don't exist. Why are you?

  • Just becuase you have never had an encounter with God does not mean the Lord doesn't exist!

Die and come back through resuscitation..then we'll see if you have the same response? Until then I suggest you keep silent on what you don't know.

    Peace.

  • "...I suggest you keep silent on what you don't know."

Oh, the irony of that statement. I know, that's more of that subtlety that you guys can't ever seem to grasp, I will return to more direct means of communication. Near death experiences are totally unimpressive. Not everyone has one, and those that do have experiences based on their own cultural backgrounds. Hindus see Vishnu, Muslims see Muhammed, Christians see Jesus. If there were one true God, they should all see the same thing.

  • You are deceived and you like to clump all world religions together in ignorance. I'm done..peace

  • Done? You never even started. I repeat my original statement:

In other words, (after she covers her ears and closes her eyes) "Nya, nya, nya, nya, nya, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, I can't hear you!"

  • You know the "funny trailer" you did for your series?

Well, you are doing exactly what you made fun of Christians for doing.

    Now THAT is funny.

  • You missed it completely. People assume so much. Don't waste time with comments like this..thanks

  • Missed what? Your comments are here for all to see.

Just admit you were caught out. Don't lie and try and squirm your way out of it. It's transparent... and kinda sad.

  • besides, Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness!!!

  • You need to calm down. It's not that serious.

Im my conversation with the guy that kept going on and on..and on..I never once said the word "Hell." In fact, He assumed like many atheists do.

All I said was "You don't want to go there." Meaning you dont' want to find out the hard way. It's more than once can conceive.

I'm done talking..it's not that serious..calm down. Life off the tube is more lol

  • I never said you said the word "Hell", but we both know that is what you were alluding to.

  • "Hell" is actually more translated as "Sheol" in Hebrew, meaning the place of the grave.

I wish you would humble yourself and stop assuming.

I was emphasizing the separation from God for all eternity and wasting this entire life when missing out on the spiritual mysteries that are beyond what you can see.

All right I'm done talking here.

  • Grow up

  • I did. That's why I don't believe in superstitious non-sense.

  • The point of the theory of evolution is to understand biological systems, it never claims to save souls.

  • I know k87jury.

My point to the other youtube user is that some people revolve their life around evolution as if it was life and death.

I'm going to leave you video alone now LOL. I'm done posting. Peace

  • It is more that we defend science as if it was a life or death situation. And we do that because it is. Without of scientific advancements, especially medical, we are screwed. I only defend evolution as strongly as I would defend gravity.

  • Actually knowing about evolution is helping doctors treat/keep alive people who have HIV, amongst many other things, in reality.

  • No you are wrong. The canonical gospels were not chosen in council of nicea.

I believe it was Atheneseus who finally put those 4 gospels in new testament at the third century. Check out Bart Ehrman's lectures and book called misquoting Jesus. gives nice info how bible came together.

  • Actually I was just not specific enough. I think Athanasius was at the council meeting, and the canonization took several meetings. I am actually using Ehrman's book fir this video. I wanted to get through my points quickly, and get across that the books that would eventually be in the Bible were decided by man.

  • "who Wrote the Gospels" by Randel McCraw Helms is a good introduction on why the Bible ended up the way it is, and also why it is constantly being changed these days as it has for the past 2,400 years.

  • LOL. Thank you for posting your video response. There is more I can say.

    God bless and peace
