The rule is not intended to prohibit taking photography of another person with their permission. However, at a public place, there is likely to be many people in the background who have not provided their consent.

Hi, i already got this camera. But How did you upload this to youtube? For some reason, it is saved as a .mov file and I want to change it to a WMV but i dont want to use converters cause it will lose Quality, any help on that? Thanks! reply ASAP.

@jase01472 Hi Jase well i find that the batteries last around about an hour of footage but i have a spear cheap one from china and between them it seems to last me a good while more than enough to get your point across ,as for running its from home it dont live record to pc or skype/msnmessenger. It isnt the best in low light situations, so i found it bad in low light and at night. unless its shining there bright in the night sky you
you wont really see much,but in the daytime its great.
So can videos from this camcorder be on YouTube at 1080p?

Hi there well i use windows movie maker to upload it
I set it to widescreen and then choose 1080p or 720p its big to upload but i have a 20mb connection so its not to bad it takes about 30 mins

@casemods because it shoots in both. the 1080 is at 30 fps and in 720 it shoots in 60 fps. maybe he just wanted more frames.

how come there is no 1080p on the options to change quality? it only goes up to 720p?
