  • Im in property management, but the inviting the person to make this theirs does make a difference in my experience

  • "Would you like to buy this house" after every showing of a house? I think that is a bit much. I know i'd think i was dealing with a used car salesperson.

  • I ALWAYS ask my buyers "Would you like to buy this house" after we have viewed it, it pays to be direct, it cuts through the bull crap and it requires a direct answer, answer is yes, we write up an offer, answer is no, what did you not like about this house so I can help eliminate that out of our search process? on to the next.
