For people from Europe it's a hard landing, I'm KLM first officer. And most of the time pilots from the USA are landing harder then pilots from Europe. It's safer to land hard, and more comfortable to land smooth.
true, but if your a pilot you'll be nervous about landing the plane, cause its so big especially the A380 and B747. and its rare for planes to land smoothly cause of the crosswinds.

Why would it be rare for a plane to land smoothly. Don't pilots practice all the time landing and take-offs?

Ya, it is quite true, but it is not always the pilot that cause this, the runway is not smooth

HARD LANDING? What are you talking about - looks like a very routine landing to me. any landing could look hard if you jolt the camera around a bit.
