Some of these attacks have different names in the PAL version. Does anybody know what Infinity Burn, Bug, DG Dimension and Ultra Poop Hell are called in the PAL version?

@DoctorPencilK I have the PAL version, they have the same names. The ones that are different are:

Tremar -> Tremor (PAL)

Thunder Justice -> Thunder Bolt (PAL)

Full Potential -> Full Power (PAL)

Skunk Spray -> Odour Spray (I think PAL)

Only Giromon and Megadramon use DG Dimension - but since Giromon also uses Delete Program (which only he uses), its best to get DG Dimension from Megadramon. I recommend that your Brains stat is at least 600 before fighting him, and save just before you fight him so you can just restart and try again if you don't learn it first try

Thunder Bolt is the best technique in this game imo :) It may cause Paralyze, what is the best harm for enemies. Plus it's very strong. But, it's kinda easy to dodge :/

try go to mt infinity, the mansion place, and the sanctuary. it will randomly be in one of those places. after u beat it u can try again in like half a yr or something (forgot time) in another one of those places

Well, I learn it from the brain training. I'm not sure if Guardromon in Factorial Town can do this move.

The only Digimon that uses Delete Program is Giromon(Factorial Town). If you missed learning it from him then brain training is your best friend..=)
