  • This band kicked so much ass!

  • Whole album was absolute!!

  • Mirror, mirror is on the shelf...........

Found another to ruin and waste my health...........

  • I was there

  • I wish I would of seen these guys in my stoner days....I still like it

  • an anti crack tune, dude realizes hes gone too far ,! RIP DAVE, u are missed

  • @rainmanjones1969 I think it was more anti powder cocaine. Crack cocaine wasn't that popular among metal musicians.

  • Is this video taken at Harpo's in Detroit?I seen Armored Saint there in the 80's.

  • Joey Vera...John Bush...this vid just kicks ass

  • I got a kick out of the Leg Grabbing part at 1:06 - 1:24 I'm surprised he could stand that...

  • Armored Saint kicks butt

  • Something seems kind of off on this one. Like the drums were a little behind maybe its me. Armoered Saint were a rocking band though

  • John Bush & AS rules!!

  • This song is a badass. Its a fucking nice thrash ballad

  • Armored Saint broke the LA Metal mold

to a significant degree..many of their peer bands weren't this loud or hard, and in a lot of ways they were at the front of the thrash scene that started developing.

They're a band that I truly regret not seeing in the day, there again I don't know if they actually made it to the East Coast that much, like many of their peer bands like The Crue and Ratt and many others.

  • Does John's mic go out during the solo so he has to use Dave's back up mic?

  • You got it, John doesn't seem too happy.

  • ARMORED MUDR FUKIN SAINT!!!! \M/

  • Love this song , still .

  • aaahh......kick ass...!!!!!!!

  • This tune STILL kicks ass!!

  • This tune kicks ass

  • kickass

  • Prichard...awesome...gone long before his time like Randy...RIP dude. I still love your music.

  • Nice. Anyone have a vid or recording of Aromored Saint Isolation they can post?

  • i just looked up my 'tube name and saw this,, cool song

  • I would like to see all the footage from this awesome gig

    Armored Saint rules!

  • This concert was actually on MTV with Helloween and another band on Halloween night. I wanted to be in that audience so bad.

  • Grim Reaper was the other band. I remember coming home early so my buddie and I could watch this on MTV. hahha, MTV used to be cool!!!

  • There were three bands on that tour: Armored Saint, Grim Reaper and Helloween. Saw that tour.

  • durba8 is a dick , these guys rock fuckin chemical uuphoria!!!!!

  • So underrated! I saw them in GRASPOP 2006, it was awesome!!!

  • At long last... RR-tube, Awesome ! Great Thanks

  • Joey Vera one of the most amazing bassists I've ever seen. Too bad JB wasted so much time with Anthrax, Saint had HUGE potential

  • It's not like he left really early or anything. The saints rule, but for some reason they just never really took off. I think they'd be in the same place they are now whether or not JB wasted time in anthrax.

  • I'm not a big fan of these guys, but I always thought this song kicked ass

  • Freakin awesome. Reminds me of the shows I went to.

  • One of my favorite bands from the 80's. Dave Pritchard is the king! His death was a tremendous loss to metal guitarists everywhere...whether or not they realize it. Awesome video.

  • did you film this?

  • OLD SKOOL!!!

  • No School like the Old School.

Play it Loud & Play it Proud!!!!!

  • Excellent Saint video, great to see a live performance with Dave Pritchard(R.I.P man, you were tremendous)

    Thanks for the post

  • Gross

  • This was a Halloween concert by MTV when they were cool and played metal! Love the Saint. I remember taping this show too.

  • Awesome song. The timing on guitar sounds a bit loose. That's strange because it's not particularly demanding. Maybe he was wasted.

  • oh my god... i love this song!!

  • I believe this video was filmed for Mtv at a holloween show at first ave. in Minneapolis. Grim Reaper opened, Armored Saint went on second and Helloween was the headline.

  • Actually, it was the reverse. Reaper was the headline. I remember video taping this show off MTV. Wish I still had that tape. God, am I old.

  • I TRULY regret not getting to see these guys back in the day! There again, the East Coast scene catered more or less to the BIG names, and it made it hard lesser known (but well established) bands to go to the big arenas. Armored Saint rocked!

  • This is from "A Trip Thru Red Times." There's some good stuff on this DVD-"Human Vulture", "Isolation" and "Can U Deliver" for starters. The DVD is a tribute to guitarist Dave Earle Pritchard, much in the same way that Cliff Em' All is a tribute to Cliff Burton.

  • The most underrated heavy metal abnd of all time!!!

I've seen them in 2005 and it was brilliant!!!

  • Incredible band, shamefully underrated.

  • I agree 100%. True metalheads recognize how awesome this band is. I pray for a new disc ... How cool was Dave Pritchard??!!

  • This song is just pure straight ahead metal. Very underated stuff. If anyone has a video of "Book of blood", please share?

  • yo man everytime i find good shit it always underated but there alot of good shit that overated too so i don't go by rates i go by my own taste

  • john bush is the most underated metal vocalist ever, armored saint kick ass and anthrax did their best stuff with him aswell

  • Makes me remember late Saturday nights in 1988 when what was a small time radio station would go metal from 11 PM til 1 AM....I so remember hearing this and singing along to the lyrics. GREAT times and memories!

  • this stuff jon just kicked ass in but i didn't like him with Anthrax.

  • I could be wrong, but I think I was just transported back in time. I think this is from or is the same footage used in a Halloween Headbanger's Ball special back in the 80's that featured Armored Saint, Grim Reaper, and Helloween. All bands that I listened to in the mid 80s and had people looking at me like I was off my rocker. Great stuff and great memories.

  • Great vocalist

  • Dave Pritchard was an all-time great. Love this!!!

  • Kick Ass!!! Does anybody have "Human Vulture" from this (or any other) show?

  • Just pick up their dvd "a trip thru red times" this is one is from it, and it has human vulture as well. With the same great audio-quality. Mayday, payday....

  • Yes, I have the whole show : ) I will check into uploading it. New to youtube.

  • I Love this great Heavy metal combo
