i dont trust these children choirs from africa, most of them r usin d kids 2 make money. Its like a business. i dont mind children choirs in church but not this, The creators of d band want 2 promote the kids abroad for fame n fortune, the poor kids spend hours a day practicin & being forced to perform instead of playing outside and enjoying their childhood. U can even seee they are not genuine smiling, mybe they have been warned if we watch the video and you are not smilling you will be beaten
@jinksy2468 No this is a different choir than the one that was in Northern Ireland, but it's a partner choir. This choir comes from I AM Children's Family and the one who came to NI were from Rock Childrens Family, which in itself is a branch of I AM, they all know each other and are friends and the administration staff of each work closely together, hence the two choirs sharing the same songs. I just spent 5 months in Uganda working with these very children, this is why I know all this!
The song is praising God! 'Amenitendea' is Swahili and means 'He has done it for me', the lyrics of the 2nd stanza. In the 3rd stanza they sing 'Jesu aki kose' (not sure how to spell it), which is Luganda and also means 'He has done it for me'.

do you have anymore videos of them singing?

I do, however, the quality is rather poor. My tiny Canon is not the best. There is another concert tonight, so I will see what I can do for you. ;-)
