Go on filestube and type in the show/movie you want :D Also, I always click on megaupload (in the left list after you click search) and click on popularity (below the site list) and it shows you a load of links to download it :)
Eztv dot it - is another great (if not the best) place to get all your episodes in no time. (I also recommend thepiratebay- second best for me). You'll need utorrent or some program like that, but still, that's the best it can get. And if you wanna direct downloads, try getting this JDownloader program, very useful for that. *_~

thepiratebay org is good for full episodes, movies, and albums. you can also use zamzar com to get videos from youtube.
