The 3-series twin turbo 335i has 4 pipes.

the difference in look isnt great. the new m3 is comparable in look to the 3 series coupe converibles.

the only way to tell these cars apart is by sheer horsepower.

the 335i comes with twin turbo's standard (coupe and sedan), both have twin exhaust (NOT QUAD!).

the 328i coupe and sedan have one exhaust (just like the E46 models had).

That is the '08 M3, unless someone spent a lot of time upgrading the entire stance of a 335i coupe.

nickhaskater is correct! I worked for BMW last year! Thats an M3 testing session. They always try mask the badges. If you look at the concept just shown to the public you will see it is an M3. (But I can see why you mite think its a 335 - as they did use the 3 series coupe to test the engine on road. Before the M3 body was given the go ahead.

Don't know if it's a 335 or an M3. The way it accelerated away it's problably an M3. Gotta say though I don't like the new body style. I have an 05 M3 and as far as looks go I wouldn't trade it in for this one. However the 420 hp V8 is obviously an upgrade.
