You are right. These days one can not stand listening to poor quality of most modern recordings for long. One reason is the use of digital technology (i.e., computer) for the recording. Despite the ease of use, digital recording suffers from the lack of sonic quality. Back in the old days, analog recording were used to produce records that captured the whole essence of the song. The reason why after so many years; you can still hear the details and enjoy listening to the song time after time.

But I think, there are no more true singers, no more ethics, no more art, etc, etc,,,,,,,today our singers are businessman and woman who they do not care what they are singing. They will sing anything as long as the price is right.

I stand by what I said, todays' song are good fot ten minutes and if you don't hear them for next 10 years you really do not mind it.

I totally agree with your point. Todays products suffer from their quick and dirty nature (your point) and the way they are recorded (use of cheap and inferior digital recordings). This leads to a product that is hard to listen and fatiguing. Thats the nature of digital recording no matter if you have a masterpiece at hand. Luckily we still have access to many master pieces of the past and present that do not suffer from these problems and we can enjoy listening to them for ever
