I haven't been able to get final numbers yet, but with a slipping clutch from 2600-up (S.E. race kit wouldn't hold) it made a corrected 103hp/117tq... Problem fixed with the Barnett Scorpion clutch (Kevlar frictions) I'm using now. I just hadn't made the time for another run yet, but it is loads of fun catching the cookie cutter "big motor" choppers off guard light to light... Some have even tried twice...

Might I suggest a Wood Super King 505 CV Carb instead of your Mikuni. Twice the carb. It's a 51.5 mm carb.
