@TheChickenDeity that was before zombies were an over used enemy, and as you can tell from the game, there a different type of zombie not the typical kind either, so who knows where this game could have went, (storyline wise)

@Jshaw71 The problem is, they would have to make the driving stages just as fun as the fighting stages or it messes up the whole game. In Sonic Unleased, none of the night stages were fun because it was a beat-em-up. In the day, it was a whole different genre, platforming, and it was a lot more fun.

It takes a lot of work to make 2 genres work together in one game when they aren't happening at the same time. Like someone could make a FPS RPG, but the genres can't be separate like in this.

Fucking hate knowing a great game exists in a playable state sitting around in some building being unplayed by anybody just because of corporate fuck nuts. @Jshaw71 REC was a Spanish horror film released in 2007 involving a reporter who does a story on a local fire fighter station and follows them to an apartment building where a woman is supposedly trapped. next thing you know, theyre all sealed in by the military, and there are monsters afoot. The movie was repackaged with an American cast and released in 2008 as Quarantine. In a way this intro reminds one of the movie, except this time the military's sealed in the whole freaking city.

I would say this was a huge missed opportunity, but currently we have games in this genre and doing what this game does. All it would bring is the story and emphasis on using cars. Compared to say dead rising for instance.

gta4 on the pc can be modded, it seems your zombie+gta game is right there ready to be made by a small team of fans. I'd certainly be interested in making it but sadly my little laptop would explode running gta4
