Rois stomach = stomach shape deriving by abuse of some sort of steroids. They (among other things) destroy some of the bacteria present in the stomach intestine. The chemical composition of the inner environment changes and causes a kind of swelling of the stomach itself (due to gases). So you can still see a perfect 6pack and no fat, but it is indeed an "inflated" stomach. Beware of the day he will stop using roids.
