@throughtheotherside There's no such thing as grade 10 here, goes Primary, preliminary, elementary (don't know what order of those 3 lol) then grade 1- 8 then you have a senior certificate and then a diploma. I'm on Grade 8 here, pretty difficult.

Brilliant. A genius at the bench playing a song written by a genius. Can you believe that Beethoven was already deaf when he wrote this song? He only ever heard it in his head.

Beethoven was 28 when this sonata was composed. He began losing his hearing at 26. Beethoven wasn't fully deaf to the point where he needed to rely completely on his brilliant mind when he wrote his 8th piano sonata. It is not a song it is a piece.
