All admit you look like your in real good shape and i agree with some that you said Mr clean but people need to stop judging others for what they look like. There are some that arent fat and workout and do it right and just cant get the same looking body as you.Ive seen it so much in the gym were a guy looks hudge and riped and cant bench no ware near someone with man tits. Some build differnt and not everyone that is over weight is out of shape. Some that are fat are healthy than more trim people
you know i was never over weight or on meds until i served my country and broke my back (no fault of my own) I agree with your over all message, however you can not always judge a book by it's cover and judging people by the way they look is just wrong. I would love to be able to run 3 miles a day again, hell i would love to have a pain free day. so until you can find a way for me to be so called "healthy" without pain that is unbearable then i will just continue to take my pain meds thank you!
@ladyjarhead medication has its purpose for supressing pain in horrific injuries like yours or people in similar condition. However you are the exception not the rule. Supressing chronic pain with medication is different from supressing a cold flu or whatever with medication while ignoring diet. You can still become the healthiest strongest version of yourself and take your medication! Aleviating pain is different from aleviating symptoms fixing the route cause is the solution not medicine!
u are the man! i believe everything u say ive read so many books about diets and honestly they are all garbage ur stuff is real talk just one quick question i train intensely with kettlebells and do circuit training with them i was thinking of trying the ketogenic diet i read u cut ur carbs and just eat protein and good fats then i believe after 5 days on this u replenish ur body with carbs ( high carb day) what do u think about this? im 12 % bodyfat 195lbs wanna cut to 10 %
Awesome stuff. I've always wondered why a full English breakfast was OK to eat back in the day but now is tabu. Makes all the sense in the world reading your book.
Have had problems with my tendons in my legs for a while (from running) but I'm confident that between your book and 'the pose method of running I'll be OK soon. Though organic food is impossible to find in Japan I'll follow your book as closely as is possible.
I've witnessed guys in there 50's and 60's that looked incredible... ripped, muscular etc but knew very little with regards to what a healthy lifestyle constitutes, they'd gotten that way partly due to training yes, but also largely due to pumping themselves full of anabolic substances. All I'm saying is that just because somebody looks great definitely doesn't automatically mean they know what they are talking about. Keep up the good work :)
Paul, thanks for the videos they are spot on. The only thing I would like to mention is that there are unfortunately people working as physicians, MD's and nutritionists etc that unfortunately indulge in the use of anabolic substances in order to look amazing. I'm in no way saying that you have done this, only that you cannot and should not always judge a book by it's cover.

The fact that Americans are generally more obese isn't a paradox. We are a relatively wealthy country and we have unparalleled access to food. If you haven't noticed, Obesity isn't a problem in Africa. I'm not saying it's good, I'm just saying it's expected.
The availability of food is not nearly the issue as much as it is the type of food available. Its has been shown in poor regions of the america that fresh veggies are much harder to find, and are often sold at a premium, as compaired to more affluent regions. So in essence highly devitalized foods are consistantly made cheaper AND more available than better alternatives. Combine that with unprecidented disinformation campaigns to sell this crap as ok to eat, or even healthy has lead us to now.
i totally agree paul, i reside in the western suburbs of Sydney Australia, where there is alot of government housing and people on welfare, our fruit and veg is of poorer quality than more afluent suburbs and is a little pricey for the quality and shelf life they are supplying, but you can get fried chiken and chips for a few dollars, cheep pizza's, chinese food the list goes on.....
@pigsy65 I wasn't talking about the most or least of anything, I was speaking in a huge generality. If you're so poor you can't consume excess calories, you can't get obese. Malnourishment and hunger are the larger problems in my eyes. I understand the subtleties of unequal access to healthy food but I was making a point about the US as an entire country in respect to other countries.
@andid He's not talking about the third world issues.(I agree with your concerns on that matter)
Wealth does not make one fat........being greedy and lazy is usually the issue.
The Japanese have plenty of food but 3% obesity! They 'choose' to make their own healthy food and be active. Americans go to McDonalds and watch TV.(only the 34% who are obese! lol)
@andid we are 50 trillion dollars in debt, are you kidding or something china owns 95% of our country, and a few produce items some almond milk and toilet paper cost 39 dollars, i think you need to do a little research and keep up with what the government is doing.
OMG, this is the same thing I used to wonder when I was a phone operator at a hospital. I'd see obese nurses and docs all the time and I wondered how it was even possible for a nurse that can barely walk across the lobby without getting winded to run to the aid of a patient in case of emergency. I was always amazed at the horrible food that was offered in the cafeteria. I'm glad I'm not the only one. This is some good stuff. I'm a subscriber now and will be out to buy his book soon!
I love you I have been preaching the same truth but you have advanced my spirit keep studying the Vedas and systema thank you thank you you are advanced truly superior tech
seriously.. i was lying down listening to you ,then with every word out of mouth i started getting up. i started jumping my arms ..now i'm gonna clean my house. my fiance will love you for that!!!
Brother Paul, Soon there will be no Israeli human being who didn't hear about our holistic lifestyle and antidogmatism way of life. I'm doing my best to spread the word all over the place !

I have a question, how would someone who has diabetes (from the age of 13) deal with a sugar free diet? When my fiancee has a hypo, shes NEEDS sugar.

"plastic hair" -- most shampoos and conditioners contain plasticizers and toxic ingredients, which are absorbed into your skin.
use only pure castile soap for skin and hair care.
