แสงสุรีย์ ดังเปรี้ยงขึ้นมาตอนนั้น ผมน่าจะอยู่ในช่วงจบ ม.ปลาย ประมาณ 30 ปีกว่าๆ เพลงนี้เป็นเพลงสร้างชื่อให้ดัง­สุดๆ ซึ่งตอนนั้นร้องเพลงอะไรออกมาก็­ดังหมด เสียงของท่านมีเอกลักษณ์และยิ่ง­ได้ ครูสัมฤทธิ์ แต่งเพลงให้ถูกกับร่องเสียง จึงทำให้ช่วงนั้นดังแบบฉุดไม่อย­ู่

เพลงนี้ผมเรียนอยู่มัธยมต้น ประมาณปี 2521-2522 ดังมากนะครับ ตอนนั้นฟังทางวิทยุ นักจัดรายการเขาพูดติดตลกว่าเปิ­ดจนแผ่นทะลุเพราะคนขอฟังมาก สมัยนั้นสาว ๆใส่เสื้อลายกันตรึมแล เป็นช่วงรุ่งโรจน์ ของ แสงสุรีย์ รุ่งโรจน์ ที่ดังมาก่อนอยู่แล้วจากเพลง แห่ขันมาก

@lavaymami Indeed, I've just listened to this song for the first time since I heard, as a boy, in Thailand, Changvat Nan, in the late 1970s, before leaving for the West.... Same fond memories... as you do... with respect to the time and the place this classic invokes in me... As one other poster, "kosolanusim" said, I think the song came out.... or when I first heard it, at least..... it was around the Buddhist year 2521 or so...
