I kind of always knew The Hills was fake. At least to a certain extent. Some part of me likes this ending and another part of me doesn't. I think the ending would have been different if Lauren was still the star of the show. Kristen came along and made it clear that the show was scripted in interviews. But it ended with Brody and Kristen. Brody was never a HUGE part of the show. I kind of wish it ended with the original cast. I'm kinda sad its over. And I really hope this gets on itunes soon!

i think we all knew it was fake really... and in a way i'm really pissed they showed that at the end! makes me feel cheated, almost. i nearly believed the hills. but in some respects, it was genius, because it was like saying "haha, you believed it all! thank you. its the end. here you go ;D" XD

@roxyroxy34 heyy i dont know if you've ever heard of the website dirpy, but if u have an ipod this will work. go to dirpy.com and just type in whatever the title of this video is, and it should come up click on it and make sure its the right one (they have all the same vids as youtube) and than scroll down a bit and click download to mp.3 and this song should go straight to ur itunes, but make sure ur ipod is plugged in or it wont work (: hope this helps! lets me kno if u have questionss!

yeahh i agree the ending suckkedd soo badd for a series give me a break....i felt like in the past for the season finales they were bad and now for the series finale the last episode was crap...couldve done a better job and i wanna believe that most of it was real but how can you be sure now....

the only way they could have made the ending even better was if the whole cast (including lauren & whitney) would've come out when the hollywood-wall moved away and it was revealed it was a set. god it would've been perfect.

@vintakes i cried as well but mostly just because the song sounded so beautiful. and i think the end, like kristin said at the after show, is up to your own interpreation, you can think it was real and their just kinda joking around or that it was all completely fake.for me personally i think it's a mixture of real and fake, but if you think its fake or not is for you to decide.

@lockerzinviter3 i actually don't think they meant that the hills is fake. brody and everybody else said that the end was due to all the speculations if it's real/fake and that they wanted to show that it's hard to find something real in LA. Lo wrote on her website that the show wasn't fake. of course they had their more fake moments, but bottom line is from their true lifes. anyway i LOVED the hills and always will..

@emmyp1 thats exactly what I was thinking. especially whenever Brody spoke at the aftershow and proposed the question, "Is it real or is it fake?" Its up to the view to decide what they believe. I thought this was an amazing ending and it made me cry. I loved Laguna Beach, I loved The Hills.they have both taught me lessons about my own life, sad to see it all come to an end.
