I use Optus and I've had a few issues with them but they always resolve it.

It can sometimes take them time to fix their issues but they're a good company all together.

God optus sucks. Hey if worst comes to worst just go to your local maccas and upload using their internet :) Or use your mobile internet and make a mobile video :) God I'd get such bad withdrawals if I didn't have the internet for usage... also immy is growing up! :D
