  • @Bloodstickschipped They'll strengthen your core and make the muscles in your core require more calories to function (thus using fat as a caloric source), so in sense yes, but in general no. The only exercises that actually burn fat are cardio exercises. If it's not getting your heart rate up, it's probably not burning fat.

  • What do you call the one at 2:06 ? I call them chin up bar roll overs but that comes up with nothing on a search, I'm trying to get some cleaer instructions on how to do the full rotation ones.

    I can do the roll over part and when I was fatigued I rolled over a bit too much and couldnt bring myself back over...good thing relaxed my shoulders so I didnt dislocate them & somehow managed to land on my feet lol I can replicate it now but I want to get it as good as possible rather then guess.

    I tried to follow some other Youtube ab workout but instead I just felt strain in my neck and soreness around my tail bone.

    This really seems to be a smart way to work on the abs, and, for once, I can finally feel the burn :-)!!!

  • Dont do this straight away, you need to be fairly fit before you attempt this. Getting abs isn't easy work.

  • @WuTangThang six pack abs is like credit, you arent born with them. and you have to work hard as shit to get them, and there a pain to maintain and easy to lose.

  • some great exercises in there but my hamstrings are waaaaay to short to move my extended legs upwards to 90°

  • @foreverguga You should do way more hamstring stretches, seriously they do work!

    In 2-3 weeks if you do them before and after excersize they'll be long-enough to do most work-outs requiring leg-extensions ;)

    That would be an option indeed. I've strained them as a soccer player and there is a 6 inch scar in one of my right hamstring muscles. At the moment I train my abs with basic crunches and when I get tired after 100 of them I switch to bicycle crunches until I'm exhausted.

    there´s not such a thing as a ¨defining exercises¨ in the sense that you will be specifically targeting your abdominal fat to make your abs ¨more define¨.

    u just need to get down your body fat, maybe you´re like me and you store most of your body fat on your abdominal area. :D
