This might be the only time I liked Enid Nelson.

I vaguely recall someone -- Jesse, I think -- saying, "If Tony was alive, I'd wring his scrawny neck."

I'm sure the actor who played Tony was a nice guy. But Tony was SCUM. I wouldn't doubt he was the most hated man on soaps. Everyone I knew who watched the show adored Jenny, and he's the one who killed her. Jenny was the rare soap character who was completely, genuinely sweet, not in the least phony.

So Marcy Walker left AMC the first time in either September or October 1984? The reason I know this is because Alice Haining played her on one of Hamilton Bernique's old videos from Oct-Nov '84.

What a creep Tony was! And even though Liza was a right bitch who pulled all kinds of stunts, I believe her feelings for Tony were genuine, and Marcy Walker was wonderful in these scenes.

Enid was a bitch too, but she was absolutely right to try and keep Tony away from Greg.

@IHateRidge you know I honestly don't remember how Tony Barclay was written off AMC(prison, death or escape.) He was a dreamy man but I had already hated him definitely by this point...even if it was Greg he was after and not sweet Jenny.
