Are you kidding me?! These animations are absolute garbage, there's no weight, no tension, no recoil, no knowledge of how motion works. Things do not start and stop instantly, there is always recoil and slowdown at the end of a motion. If this is only meant to show off the engine, you're undermining the whole thing by showing such amateurish content. I could go on for paragraphs listing instances of things to fix. Instead, I'll give the best advice for the situation; hire better animators.

@MithrilSmile keep in mind that this tech demo was put up in a few weeks from scratch (no code, no experience with tegra android devices) and this is mobile content for smartphones. If you compare it with todays AAA titles, go doing it wrong. We also have no professional animators, so obviously this is again not comparable. None of the things you are saying matter for me as the engine developer because if you put different different content into the sample, it looks different.
