@sranjesuper well if that were true then sports cars, super cars, and drag cars would all be fwd but there rwd. i can understand why some people think fwd is better because of the weight of the engine but car manufacturers counter weight the engine so it is closer to 50/50 weight distribution. with this said when under acceleration and all the weight is going to the back of the car the fwd cars lose grip and rwd cars gain grip. fwd is for economy and will never be as fast in any way as a rwd.
