The new niche opened in october or november i think last year, i was there, shit hot, but the stabbing last week got it closed down temorarily. if it reopens its gonna be a members only.

Niche was banging I can remember back in early 90's when it was originally called nemos, I was to young to go, I made it when it changed to niche and I was 15 and originally there was no upstairs just a black pit downstairs and the smell of weed an the odd strobe booyaa!

even to this day the niche building is still in sheffield with the new niche sign on it, club vibe is in a different building its just that niche isnt open anymore, it had not long since been re-furbished before getting raided and closed down...

The new Niche is top, room for the new shit and Sidney Street room for the old skool vibes. But still, it's on the verge of closing down due to a stabbing three weeks ago. IF they let it re-open it'll be a members only club, which you can sign up for on the Niche website.
