  • THE PAYLOAD IS NEARING THE CHECKPOINT!

  • hi, is this the 'high torque digital servos version' or the standard one? tnx

  • @depicco analog standard Hitec 645MG

  • @ZentaOlbaid thank you!

  • @depicco analog standard Hitec 645MG

  • I know this is a couple of years old, but was it able to handle the weight using the up and down body motions also? And in diffrent Gate motions?

  • @Mothrason Yes, and yes. But not recommended though.

  • GOOD

  • That is a great design in hardware and software.

  • must be fun for your batteries

  • Oh damn. The n-pods I've seen usually struggle to support their own weight, forget cargo.

  • how much did you pay for your servos?

  • I just discovered that more than 90% of the ppl have arachnophobia preloaded.

    Priceless to know.

Cool robot! Is there a website with more info on the project ??

  • make a bigger version!

more advanced, faster leg movement, put some cup holders on it!

then ill buy 1 of em for 1000$

  • dude what you saw on the video most likely costs more than $1k to make, so for somone to make a bigger version of whats in this video will sell it for more than $1k

  • HA what you think this things are running?

  • Is that more than the robot itself?

  • Yes, the robots weight is about 1,8 kg.

  • holy crap that thing is strong, i hope your not creating a robot to kill people, that would be freaky

  • damn thats fast that thing is freaky

  • um ok

  • It's*, not her... Please!

    Other that GREAT stuff!

  • I am so sorry to have to inform you that you just failed at English.

"It's" is the contraction of "It is". "Its" is the possessive pronoun you are looking for.

Better luck next time and thank you for playing.

  • How much does this normally weigh?

  • My original Phoenix has a weight of about 1,8 kg included batteries. The Lynxmotion version has weight of about 2,15 kg include batteries.

So beeing able to carry over its own weight isn't bad ;)

  • That's pretty cool. You should film one picking up the other!

  • What makes yours lighter?

  • My original Phoenix uses a smaller battery and almost all parts are made of light ABS texture plastic.

LM Phoenix are made of aluminium.

  • what servos do u use?

  • Hitec HS 645MG

  • Thanks thats usefull info. Do you know of any that are compatible and stronger?

  • Other than Hitec? Well I've tried some cheaper servos like TowerPro's and others, but they are not recommended. I believe Futaba have some servos, but I've no xp with them. You'll have to search the web I think ;)

  • how about a super robot using Futaba S9157 Digital Hi-Torque Servos? 30.6kg/cm! vs Hitec's 9.6 kg/cm

  • that IS alot bigger than I thought. Very impressive robot.

  • NICE MAN I BUILD ROBOTS TO

  • Woah some powerful servos you got there. I thought that thing was smaller.
