Although I thought AL should've have won, I thought Suzie took swimsuit because her presentation was superior to Michelle's and Beth's (TN) simply by virtue of the fact that she used the Latin music to her advantage as she strutted along to the music whereas the other girls weren't as confident with it. Maybe had it been Country Western they would've fared better. Honestly, the Southern girls looked like they were marching to entirely different music.

TENN and ALABAMA.... Castillo had a slamming body but was amongst the least attractive of the top 10. Don't get me wrong latin women are amongst the most beautiful in the world but she is not one of them.

i agree im dominican and susie is half dominican but i never liked her, its great she won but he was not beautiful enough to do much at miss universe, especially against amelia who won that year

Firstly work on your sentence structure. Secondly like I said Castillo had one of the best bodies but she paled in comparison to AL and TENN. AL and TENN would have secured a top ten spot at MU although there was not beating Amelia Vega that year. Thirdly "for ur info" I know all to well how people change over time... I am learning this firsthand with each passing year....

wow you really do not know anything about pageants... Beth Hood was a very strong contender and would have done very well at Miss Universe if she had won. I may only be 16 but I do know what I am talking about since I have participated in pageants since I was 9. Look at the different pageant postings and you will see what makes a strong contender. Miss Castillo was charismatic but was weak in her interview skills and was not very pretty.

Susie won this pageant, Miss USA 2003. Susie was Miss Massachusetts Teen USA in 1998 but she didn't make top 10. Rumors are she finished in the top 15 and came close.
