I like amost nothing about this production, the 90's London one looks so much better, the actors arent really the problem I dont think, its just there is somthing missing that other productions have had. :( Shame as this could have been amazing, they would have been better off transfering the London version.

I love this production of grease, best ever! :-)

I just wished that most the people that are commenting would understand that the movie and the show are VERY different. They had cut so many songs for the movie. Also, on Broadway, they have different costumes every scene, that’s why they aren’t wearing there jackets right now, they wear them later like during grease lighting and some other scenes.

i have to disagree...they're great actors, but broadway is much more difficult. in the movies the actors don't actually sing when they're shooting a scene and can also allow themselves to make a mistake. in broadway everything is 100% live.

I saw it 3X with Max and Laura, and they were awesome each time - they didn't lose any energy, and always had a freshness to their performances. I'd like to see it with Derrick and Ashley to compare, but that would mean another trip to NYC, and I don't know if I could swing that right now! i saw it once with max and laura and once with derrick and ashley and not to knock ashley and derrick but honestly it didnt even compare.. i'll admit i did like max and laura the best in the tv show and i might be bias but they just had much better chemistry, better voices, and better dancing and acting all together in my opinion. i dont know maybe it's just me.. plus there were other casting changes that weakened it a little bit too. i hope you like it when you go again though.
