Knowing where to invest in any location is key to making a good investment. Detroit has good investment potential if you invest in the right neighborhoods.
The rent for these in Australia would be $500 a week plus As we don't have enough homes for the demand wanting to buy so landlords charge whatever they like a people even bid weekly rent
Everybody settle down, it was friendly fire. Let me get this right... I can buy a whole subdivision full of burned out houses for $1000 and use it as my personal playground? My god, I could make the streets into a race track!
HOW the fuck was this guy able to go in a neighborhood like that and film the peoples homes without getting murdered and robbed? and how come what sounds like a gunshot in the background doesn't make the guy even flinch like nothing happened?
I do not think that was gun fire. When I am in Detroit you hear Fire crakers and car back fires all the time plus things are falling. a pistol shot really does not sound that loud.
This guy is correct. No sane person would ever puta new house in the city of Detroit. It would be worth $35,000 tops and taxed at $15,000 per year because they would say it was worth $250,000 and you can not argue with them. Insuracce would have to be Michigan Basis and that would cost $3,500 per year. Then where would your kids go to school. The Detroit public Schools are horrible. Private schools like Cranbrook or Detroit Country day at a cost of $40,000 per kid and a 20 mile trip each way
Some people need more help than others: Tear down and rebuild? In a crime-ridden, half-vacant, gang-infested, dilapidated and deserted part of a troubled city? We're warning investors not to spend even $1000 in these areas, because the investment will be lost. What kind of crack-smoking idiot would drop $250K building a NEW home here? There are good neighborhoods in Detroit. Let's invest there, in existing houses, with tenants, that can be purchased for $35K.
I need an expert like him for my business.
