I think that saying electronic music is crap or not musical is entirely untrue.

The musician can do a lot more: you can make everything with the PC. If you are dependent of a guitar and a keyboard and such, you won't get as much variation as you can get with the pc. Also, the musician is in charge of the track himself: you won't have argueing about what they should make, the artist is alone. + making sounds instead of just playing them is harder.
