Manny is my favorite fighter but If you look up Freddie's interview he said it himself. Take Duran and Pacman at lightweight and Duran would win. Pac is a freak in that he has improved after all of his losses or close fights, very smart and everything but Barrera, Marquez, and Morales aren't of the same pedigree as a Duran or a Chavez at lightweight. Duran and Chavez would tank Pac's single left hand, and if they did fight for 15 rounds things would get brutal.

@judaschongo The Youtube comments section isn't well suited to leave very thorough feedback for videos so forgive me for not providing so much support, but yea, I've seen enough footage from Duran's lightweight days to sum up that conclusion on my own. He was an unstoppable force at lightweight imo. I try not to submit to all the drama when discussions like this come up, probably a bitch move, but as a whole you've got to admit that boxing isn't near where it used to be, so gossip arises.
