so are you able to keep it at around a 49.9 yet ? meaninging can you approach the number back it off if need be and recover your average ? I think its awesome your tryin to do this with 10s, but I imagin its super hard on the subs.

I can indeed back it off and recover but it is indeed hard on the subs. This is over 2yrs worth of testing and rebuilding lol

Do you think its because the motors have to long of BL? Too big of box or tuning?

Im wondering if they will need to go almost hcca like with the surround to hold up to you with that excursion?

Just saying, I never would have thought the big surround they had had would have let go. But you always help make them better :)

I honestly think its more of a loading issue with the current box. Ive had the same issues for awhile. lol Id love to get ahold of some surrounds like that. :)

My burps are at 152+ I'm always looking to gain there while being tuned for daily. The more headroom you create the easier it is to mantain.

In SB style metering I'm above 55's lol but this is out of a trunk. Its retarded hard to record a 55 sealed from a trunk. Might be why theres never been a certified 55 in DBDrag out of a trunk.

For once? You dont know me very well do ya! lol This is not my first set of woofas. Where other companies i.e. I.A., Sundown, T3 etc wouldnt build me a monstor 10 Rusty did. I break these woofers to make them better. Show me another set of 10's in the country with a 14k amp run daily to a pr of 10's.

The extra power is for burps. The only issues i have is averaging 150+ musically. lol Theres a reason no vehicle in the world is bassracing 150+ with a pr of 10's.
