  • The cracked pot waters the flowers on both sides of the street ;)

  • smart and really beautiful girl

  • I love the UU church! That reminds me, I need to go to church again ... I've only been to my local one once. xD

  • I've never heard of a UU church. Every church around my area is Baptist. I live in conservative central. People would probably picket outside of the building or something completely ridiculous. :(

  • @onrushofscenery I was going to say "even though it's another legitimate religion?" but then I thought, of course, paganism is also recognized legally and that doesn't stop anyone. I heard of UUs first from Dancing Rabbit, and my roommate was raised UU. I was never interested enough to research it, but I joined the group based on my basic knowledge. It's proven a fun thing.

  • I am so glad you had a wonderful day!

  • ah yes, the potter wheel is one of the best....I love being a UU, the music, how our web of life is intertwined is all magical. DR & I were married at my UU church and we are CUPP members.

We are Unitarian Universalist, go to our web site, the meditation may be found through the Becon Press in Boston.....Glad you visited, we UU's are truly an interfaith group........luv

  • @CynthiaLouise52 Yes, you and DR were the first I knew of, actually. I never researched it much after I found out, but I do think that's where I first heard of it, from DR when we started on the collab.

  • Im a UU, pagan, have been for years.

  • You have inspired me to finally check out my local UU church.

  • @BehindTheEye999 Great! Let us know how it goes, if you do.

  • The UU church sounds very interesting. I've never been to one yet, but I want to after watching your video. That is just awesome that they say Amen and Blessed Be at the end of each prayer! Do all UU churches do this? Thanks for sharing your experience with us and have a blessed week. Blessed be )O(

  • @TigressPhoenix I don't know, since I've only attended the one. I'm not aware if it's a usual thing or a personal choice on behalf of the church.

  • I love UU churches! used to go to services at one where I used to live. :)

  • peanut butter and bananna :D lovely stuff :)

  • @BillyDrake155 So good.

  • lovely

  • If I ever should go back to church, I would definitely try to find a UU church to try out. Some of my friends from my undergrad go to a UU church and are quite happy there. I'm glad you had a good experience; I'm much more likely to try it out now. <3

  • @melime19 No harm in trying, eh?

  • you look familiar

  • @KeithKilan I don't think so.

  • If I was American, I'd definitely join a UU church, even though I am Wiccan.

  • @SurprisedOwl

Wiccans are always welcomed at UU churches. They sponsor CUUPS (Coven of Unitarian Universalist Pagans).

  • @SurprisedOwl I know several Wiccans/pagans who attend UU churches. Is Unitarianism an American thing, then? I mean, regardless of origin, I guess it hasn't spread? I'm not very good with international facts, I apologize.

  • @cutewitch772 UU is definitely an American thing, for example in Melbourne where I live, 3.5 million people, there is 1 Unitarian church, and it's not UU, just Unitarian. I love all I hear about the American UU churches!

  • UU :)

  • I liked the uu church when I went in il, before I moved back to Michigan I didn't get to spend much time there but I liked it and I also had my first ritual with the uu pagans and if I could find another uu church near me I would go to it anytime. Have an awesome week :)

  • @Kiraskye1128 Thanks! You, too!

  • Thats what I love so much about the ULC (which I belong to), is that there's so much diversity and there's so much different input from so many different people and it really is a universal place. The one part of "organized" religion I could never accept is that there's one way and one way only and ugh. I hate that whole concept. There is no one way or one right way of being or doing or believing. I'm glad you liked the service and its great that you'll be going back!

  • I had my first UU experience a few weeks ago and it was really amazing! I'm going to try another UU church next Sunday. The service I went to a few weeks ago had a guest speaker who is a Buddhist and he talked about the environment and how important it is that we connect to it! I also really loved the music and the meditation time!

  • @livinghomesteadlife Awesome!

  • Come, come to the UU side ... says one of your UU friends :) ~Anni~

  • @MIRTHandREVERENCE Hahaha, true enough.

  • I've been wanting to go to UU, but Idk I haven't ever done it, I think I will now.

  • @agirlinglass Worth a shot!

  • and now the Potter's Wheel song is stuck in my head! thanks for sharing Cara :P

  • @xxdifferent You are very welcome! It was stuck in my head ALL DAY.

  • I want to go to a UU church so badly

  • I like Unitarians. They seem very open minded and interested in helping others.

  • @DeviantCandy They do!

  • i was about to put on some background music for doing my homework, and bam there's your new video. i enjoy watching your videos, you seem like someone i would enjoy knowing in real life aswell.
