521wrhp is pretty stout any any case, i have a full built head cam intake injector fuel pump underdrive pully fuel rails and im sure more to list but forgot, but i only made 49x, im sure i can get 500 but i would not know what to do

I am sorry late model 454's were choked with emissions. Get a different damper and flywheel stock ones are notoriously heavy. Should get you 100+ horsepower

pull the stock 4L60E and drop a 4L80E in it as bikerboy says, you can buy built up 4L80E's on ebay for $1500 or so
