  • Fantastická záležitost;stojí za to si pořídit originální DVD s celou operou!

  • Jeez that staging is annoying..Well, thanks anyways.

  • i have to say - the break dancing and hopping distract me from the music. But I don't speak French - are they singing about people dancing around them? Rameau's music is beautiful. It is new to me and I thank you uploading it.

  • Magnificent production.Five stars!Rameau always marvellous.

  • Merci!!!! :-)))

  • The music is nice...the staging is pointless...it kept me watching for about 40 minutes before I was totally annoyed by it...

lets see how the 2nd part settles

  • I agree! I LOVE Rameau and this is beautifully played...happily I am busy and only have to listen!!!!!!

  • Oh come on, have some sense of humor, :). Try to see it through a child's eyes, then you might start to giggle. I use the DVD to do exercise--quite a work out I assure you!!

As usual, Lehtipuu's singing is awesome. Sometimes I have to ignore the busy show, close my eyes, and just enjoy his singing--I recommend the duet when both he and d'Oustrac are blindfolded--'tis the journey of love; both parties never knows what lies ahead of them.

  • But I am a child, how else could I see it?

It was interesting at first but after 40 minutes...enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 40 minutes is enough? A child's short attention span, eh~~? :)). Well, one step at a time, my friend--'tis the meaning of a pilgrimage.

One merit of having a DVD is that one can turn it on and off at will, and have it serve one varied purposes at different times.

  • I don't know where you've been watching stuff lately. But it's time to update your taste - or move to Vienna!

  • Once is not enough! This video is wonderful. Thank you.
