For that matter, the film Shortbus will also make this point. It features not only boobs and pussy on screen, but real, unsimulated sex (yes, if you want to know, involving Sook-yin Lee) and was therefore beyond the NC-17 rating, but it is more positive and genuinely heartwarming, with lots of flawed people but no one who seeks to harm others, than pretty much any Hollywood movie. It's as good a movie as any that was made about New York in the time after 9/11.
Sook-yin Lee, the interviewer here, is a legend. She was raised in a strict Catholic Chinese household and ran away as a teenager, lived on the street, then became the singer of an anarchist punk band and made a couple of solo albums. On that basis she was hired by Much Music in the mid '90s as a VJ, and left just as alt rock was dead, in 2001, soon after one of her last interviews, with Thom about Amnesiac (she also did an hour-long special on Kid A). Then... well... look up the movie Shortbus!

much music kinda sucks asss the interviews make everything freaking wierd and thom needs to stuff some fat in his face now a days he looks like a skeleton:) lol
"Tom & Jerry! How violent can you get?", Thom asks. But I feel, despite the apparent violent scenes they don't look offensive at all. I don't know and it may seem strange but Tom & Jerry cartoons are innocent. I remember watching a lot of those cartoons as a kid and they never used to influence me in a bad way.
@ajittffcure that is Thom's exact point- Hollywood violence, especially in cartoon form, seems "innocent," it is anything but. I suggest you look up interviews with Michael Haneke, he will make this point more clearly than Thom was able to in the limited time here. The Simpsons also made this point long ago with Itchy and Scratchy. It's not that there's something wrong with Tom & Jerry, it's a good cartoon, but the idea that it is viewed as innocent, whereas tits are viewed as obscene, is crazy.
Thom has the prettiest eyes and the juiciest lips *_*-- err, I mean *cough cough* greaaaat interview... <.<

Amazed by the interviewer, she actually seems to know the album inside out and focuses on the music more than the personalities :)
