Do not get me wrong, I love his magic, my favorite publications of his are Out of SIght and Cut Controls... Just wondering...

I think you need to work on two things...
1.) The first move. If you rewatch derren's performance, the seperation of the hands is very smooth and natural.
2.) Your patter is very monotone and boring!
Other than that, technically well performed!
