  • Hi Nick been looking at alot of bodybuilding forums ect. Yours hands down the best if you could get one of those tshirts made again I would buy one they look sick. Anyway good look any comps coming up mate.

  • @frag123x Yes, It is absolutely fine. Just be sure you get plenty of complete and incomplete proteins in you diet from natural sources as well, such as chicken, and peanut butter. STAY AWAY from any stronger suplements (creatine, no2, ect.) until you are at least 17. Most importantly for anyone that is working out, take multi-vitamins daily, and drink plenty of water. To gain weight, take a weght gainer instead of protein, and eat fast acting carbs right after workout (2 baked potatoes plain).

  • Thats true. But I havent come accross anyone who didn't like it. How much of it would you take? You should be fine with 2 scoops. Maybe you didn't take enough? Like I said I notice a huge difference in energy and focus when im on it as opposed to not on it.

  • NO xplode is one of th ebest supplements out there. You gotta just take it after you eat a good sized meal, wait 2 hours or so and it should give you an amazing rush of energy and pump.

  • @djmarvel93 a good one to go for is superpump 250 from gaspari, i am a supplement jockey at gnc, i have used it for awhile and can tell you its the best.

  • @djmarvel93 definately you are 17 and only 120 pound that's supper skinny and supper ripped. You want to gain weight like this dude you gotta use creatine maybe the type of bottle that he uses. 2200 calories gainer.

Xplode, i've seen amazing progress got biceps to 17" and my 8 pack big delts and tris just wanna work more of my chest. anyways noxplode has creatine andNO in it for the oxygen, if you havn't tried it out it also helps for energy with the vitamin b12, and b6 concentration... preworkout drink let me know about your chest workout

  • ok.man take my suppliments list no need for roids... 30min before training -protein 30g -glutamin 5-10g -BCAA' -cretatine 5g on trening BCAA' after training. proteine 30g glutamine 10g BCAA' creatine 5g I study about this...if anybody need help just go for it...!
  • Sounds good man, that is actually very simular to this video given the ingredience included in the Creatine + BCAA mix, and the L- Arginine taken throughout the workout.

  • NOTE: I appollogize for the mess up, I have been dealing with alot of BCAAs and accidently called ZMA a BCAA..

    ZMA is a Zinc, Magnisium, Vitamine B6 combo used for recovery and over all strength gain.

    The other 2 suppliments ARE BCAAs. I appologize for the blunt slip- p in words :)

  • a natural means no hormones, hgh or any sort of testosterone enhancment.

  • i think of natural bodybuilding as working out with a diet that suits your ability to work out. if you use suppliments, they're natural ingredients that you can get in certain foods, but minus a lot of the things you don't need.
