@luwaig1 carissimo,ho sentito Rigoletto di Taddei,Petroff,Popov etc....questa interpretazione e falsa,cioè la voce (il suono e la sua qualità artistica) e falsa,manca la bellezza tipica Verdiana che puoi trovare da Ruffo Titta,Stracciari,Granforte etc...quando un artista e falso sento subito.Tu sei un magnifico ragazzo e hai una voce pura come la tua anima!Per diventare un grande cantante ascolta soltanto i grandi,così dopo 4-5 anni di ascolto senza renderti conto anche tu sarai grande!Ciao!

I saw Lucic in the Met broadcast of Macbeth last year and I thought he was very good, but this is on an even higher level. It's great to see a real Verdi baritone get such widespread international acclaim.

In comparison to Leo Nucci, this is a decidedly different approach to the role, both vocally and artistically. Lucic is a trifle too poetic for my taste. I've seen many excelelnt baritones in this role and Nucci still captivates all my senses most of all.
