Dolly is dead because she developed a lung disease and had to be euthanized. It was a common sheep lung disease and didn't have anything to do with being cloned.

That only the first cloned sheep. They only tried it once with a sheep not twice so were not sure if it was ageing fast due to cloning or it died by lung cancer as common with sheeps living in indoors.
