the end kill cam shows objects that have been changed after the kill.
that guy threw the smoke grenade after u got kill and in kill cam smoke grenade was still smoking. its the same with windows
u shoot some guy through a window and crack the window for the winning kill. but in the kill cam the window is already cracked (or broken) which can make it harder... or easier to see in kill cam. just another mw2 glitch :)
