PS This clip is from 1971. I think that's been standard in most westernised countries for many years, in the UK for example since 1968, with it being compulsory to wear them since 1983. Unless you're talking about Grand Theft Auto (San Andreas)?

Amusing, because cars didn't have rear seat belts in those days (Including my 1963 Triumph Herald)
