  • @BLACKBEARDSBOOMBOX

    Hehehe... Now you say so;)

  • not trying to ?uestion ur gutar skills but arnt you suposed to play it from the bottom of the neck

  • @DavidReedTV

Good observation;) Back then I didn't payed too much attention in which position the chords were played, but funny that you comment on this video just now, because we're working on a full band collaboration of this song with much better audio. For the collab I've doubled the guitar: one played from the bottom of the neck and one like in this video. Makes the sound much fuller. We hope to have it online next weekend.

  • @woodyamsterdam cool i will sub so i can see it :)

  • cool now i can play his to thanks:D

  • @allsortsdude333475

    You're welcome:)

  • I propose you cover some Buzzcocks songs, like ever fallen in love, and Adverts one chord wonders for instance. But like you said: there's still so much great rock'n roll out there!

  • (y)

  • Such a goddamn classic!! Undertones were fucking amazing.

  • I can only agree. The most remarkable voice in punk rock.

  • love playing this song on ma strat :D

  • Great cover. I'm by no means the world's biggest punk rock fan, but - like any other genre - if you do enough digging you'll find some of the greatest songs ever written.

    This is one of them.

  • Thanks! Yep, there are a lot of old gems out there but you do have to look for them;)

  • hey m8, me and the band are thinking of doing this songs at a battle of the bands and i have the whole song down apart from the solo i was just wondering if you could post a video on how to play the solo.

    would be very appreciated

  • great cover. classic song.

  • Sweet ...... Great Cover .... Check out some of the Bands videos of this song. I believe the main chord structure is around the 10th,9th and 7th frets. I may end up sounding a little brighter .... Nevertheless I enjoyed this rendition as well

  • Thanks. You're probably right about the chord structure. I was just fooling around with this song and played it by ear and I have a tendency to play 5th string barre chords.

  • me and my friend also do did a cover of this

  • absolutly fantastic loved it completely

5 stars from me, how long have u been playing for?

  • thanks! I've been playing (on and off) for erm... 35 years.

  • nice......i play bass guitar n ive been playing that for about 5 years coming 6

im hope-ing to play this on bass,

  • very good cover of the undertones !

  • thanks. I really love this song.

  • This song reminds me of an Eagles Of Death Metal song called "I Gotta Feeling (Just Nineteen"). Similar vocal melodies.

    Anyway, great job once again.

  • Thanks. I'll check out The Eagles Of Death Metal. (I know them as Josh Homme's fun band)

  • sounds good,

    great job

  • Thanks, this was fun to do.

    Now back to The Ramones:)

  • Thanks. The late seventies and early eighties were a musical paradise with an uncountable number of great (punk) bands.
