@r3yp85 First time at the track with only 1500 miles when this happened. I've since managed to run 13.55@105.2 once I got a better feel of where/how to launch the car.
@ludedude077 nice! the launch is key man! i am going to try next time to mix my fuel up with race fuel. these high compression engines would really benefit their times from it. Also make sure you run with a 1/4 tank of gas to 1/2 tank to produce down force on the rears. Post your recent run!
I ran a 2010 2 door g37s automatic with my 2002 s2000 with only a cold air intake,2 people in my car him alone and beat him by a car legth and a half.I was really surprised thought i d lose .The guy was freaking out asking me what mods i had, i said cold air intake thats it.
HFC definitely sounds better. I had a pair of TP first and sounds really raspy similar to a Honda (no offense to Honda owner) then I swapped it to the HFC's. Dyno runs are very similar. But sounds way better.
i ran a 13.465 in a lexus IS350 bone stock !

@06dgsedan This is funny how? Stock s2k's run 13.7 stock...

@barrett4bama They do. I'll vouch for this also.
ludedude077 9 months ago
@barrett4bama stock s2k might run a 13.7 down a hill. A good run on a stock s2000 will put you in the 14's never 13's

@r3yp85 You're insane. It takes a good driver but its def possible
barrett4bama 8 months ago
@barrett4bama i can prob get it down to a 13.6 next time. not bad for a stock 4door huh

@r3yp85
I'm the owner of this G37, and also used to own a S2000 which I managed to run a 13.7@101 when it was completely stock. It's very doable.

@ludedude077 you should have ran it faster i have a G35 and ran the same thing you run on a G37

@r3yp85 That doesn't matter.

How much do they usually pick up to the wheels from just HFC's?
And will I need a tune just to run HFC's with out losing power from the ecu?
ludedude077 2 years ago
I gained 11whp with the HFC and 14whp with TP couldn't remember my torque #'s. I'm using cobb AP just so I won't run lean.

great run!
