I look at things like lack of child safety caps on medicine and the Korean public demanded the government repeal a child safety seat law because Koreans apparently have their own methods of protecting children from high speed crashes. But the rest of your post just seems a bitter diatribe. It's been long said Korean culture has not matured in the face of rapid advancement.

"White" people, as far as I can tell, generally come to Korea with lofty and noble aspirations and most maintain them in the face of racist attitudes like yours, hagwon that rip off employees as well as customers, and a government that is given to 1930s race baiting Nazi tactics to dodge Korea's real problems. I heard that Koreans mix the car gasoline with paint thinner because it's cheaper to sell so this situation is no surprise to me.
