This guy was spot on about raising interest rates being suicidal for the US and European economies. That's why I am so weary of Ron Paul winning in the US, because if he raises interest rates it is going to be a disaster for libertarians and the Austrian school because they will get the blame. And the US will probably move in the opposite direction. I hope the American people are wise enough to keep RP in office after the collapse but I'm not holding my breathe.
