Lol oh people. People these days treat abs like a completely different muscle. "DO 1 BILLION SIT UPS A DAY AND YOU'LL GET ABS" ...WRONG abdominals is just like any other muscle. Would you do 100 bicep curls every day ? Didn't think so. You need a good formulated diet plan, but remember don't starve yourself. Give what you'r body needs. Eat small meals througout the day. And do ab routine that works for you. I recommend P4P. And intense cardio. and/or weight lifting. (Squats,bench press,). :)
Since everyone is posting junk links to "instant abs in 5 mins", I figure I'll post a program that you can actually build muscle, lose weight, and get your abs to show. It is backed by science and common sense. There are even some Facebook links to the people used in testimonials there.

If you want to start seeing your abs you need to lower your body fat percentage to around 7%-10% for men and 12%-15% for women. That’s the real key to getting abs.

@wantapie Totally agree mate, I had a great diet got a six pack by just doing upper and mid crunches and leg raises at the end of my workout and that was it, I am natuarlly defined which helps, but like you said diet is also so important. This guy is making it way too dificult and aint mentioned diet. Drink loads of water too, not too much though and some other sports or cardio!

Space is limited here so anyone who wants to learn more HONEST info, I recommend that all my clients read the six pack system by Mike Geary.

1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low "GI" carbs throughout the day)
2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)

All I do is 25 situps in the morning, 25 when I get back home from school, and 100 before I go to bed.
I also do bicycle crunches, 25 in the morning, and 25 when I get home.

@wantapie Totally agree mate, I had a great diet got a six pack by just doing upper and mid crunches and leg raises at the end of my workout and that was it, I am natuarlly defined which helps, but like you said diet is also so important. This guy is making it way too dificult and aint mentioned diet. Drink loads of water too, not too much though and some other sports or cardio!
